Team coaching pit stop with BMW

Excited to share the enriching experience of our recent team coaching pit stop that was facilitated by @Andrew Brown with the South African Assembly team from @BMW. Throughout our session, we explored how to foster intra-team communication and collaboration within the team to promote transparency, collaboration, and understanding.

The team worked on devising actionable plans, ensuring that each member felt empowered to set clear goals and strategies for success.

One of the highlights was a team discussion on the distinction between management and leadership, uncovering how embracing both roles can drive innovation and inspire positive change. The team dedicated valuable time to look into their IQ and EQ goals, recognizing the importance of balancing intellectual prowess with emotional intelligence to create trust between leadership and the team.

Lastly, our exploration of team dynamics allowed us to understand the unique strengths and challenges present within the team, paving the way for enhanced collaboration and synergy moving forward.

It’s was energizing to witness the dedication and commitment of BMW’s assembly division to continuous growth and development.

Thank you to @Tshepo Khoza for the trust and @Deon Jephtha, @Johan van Heerden, @Drever Cooke, @Thomas Egenhofer, @Barrie Greenwood-Selby and @Nthabi Byrnes for their participation.
