01 – MEASURING TEAM LEAKS

  • Explaining 9 ingredients of the highest performing team (HPT)
  • Live measuring (anonymous) of each of the 9 ingredients to detect team leaks

Depending on the outcome of the assessment, different follow-up trajectories are possible to go in depth and tackle weak team scores in the next pitstops. Between each pitstop a new action-plan is made to guarantee continuous improvement.

02 – ALIGNMENT

  • Team glue, cohesion, and team spirit: activating and strengthening the main ingredients that bind groups together
