MCL Program - For Leaders Of Tomorrow

The word manager covers different roles! Basically, most managers are experts in some domain. Besides managing, a manager also needs to lead and to coach.

One of the objectives of this MCL program is for people to realize in which role(s) they thrive, and which roles could be more developed! Also, to realize how much time they spend in each role. And by listening to the feedback of their teams (360°) learning to adapt their leadership style!

This program consists of multiple pit stop sessions. It’s a leadership journey where the leader of the future gets the tools to manage, coach and lead his or her team in a more sustainable and winning way. 

The program consists of 3 parts: managing, coaching & leading. Each part consisting of pit stop sessions. After each pit stop, the participants receive ‘homework’: doing this exercise themselves and sharing this with their teams.

Into action

This entire leadership journey makes this program a team coaching initiative, enabling the participants to build the highest performing teams, even from a distance!

The MCL Leadership Program aims to address specific leadership challenges identified through fostering a culture of ethical leadership, empathy, and empowerment. The focused program aims to catalyze rapid transformative change within the Leadership team.
