Excited to be have partnered with the South African Credit & Risk Reporting Association (SACCRA) for six tailored online training sessions of the Managing Coaching Leading (MCL) Programme. In this programme, we help leaders find the balance between Delivery and Recovery through Self-Care, People-Care & Team-Care.
The MCL Leadership Programme addresses specific leadership challenges identified through fostering a culture of ethical leadership, empathy, and empowerment. It aims to catalyze rapid transformative change within the Leadership team. The objective is to instill key leadership mindsets & behaviors, aligning with the companies’ values and addressing Strategic Drivers such as ethical conduct, vision clarity, recognition, and managerial care. By addressing the identified challenges and fostering positive leadership behaviors, the programme creates an agile and high-performing leadership team.
Over a period of two months, I worked with three key members of SACCRA’s executive team, leading focused online sessions designed to boost their self care, coaching and leading capabilities. With SACCRA’s 34-year history of enabling informed credit and risk decisions through industry collaboration, we’re diving deep to align their strengths and unlock new perspectives. Our goal? To foster a culture of well-being and resilience that supports their critical mission.
This initiative showcases how even teams with a smaller number can benefit from personal and professional empowerment through focused coaching. Energizing leaders has a ripple effect—no matter the organization’s size!
