At our recent session with Nedbank DIVCO SA&P, we took a moment to check in with each participant, exploring how they feel within the team and identifying ways to strengthen their collaboration. Using some powerful tools, we worked towards creating alignment and boosting engagement:

1️⃣ The 5 Toltec Agreements – Guided us to communicate with clarity, avoid assumptions, and embrace accountability in our interactions.
2️⃣ PEOPLE DEAL: Define the Frame – Helped us to create a clear frame, articulate mutual expectations, build trust, and align individual and team goals.
3️⃣ Cycle Closing – Ensured we reflect on past efforts, celebrate wins, and prepare for sustainable growth moving forward.
